Brief Personal Profile of
CESAR BENGUA ROMERO

Cesar Bengua Romero was born on May 28, 1958 and his parents are Conrado R. Romero and Teresita Bengua.

He took his elementary and secondary education at Saint Vincent’s College from 1965 to 1971 and from 1971 to 1975 respectively. Being a graduate of AB Political Science in the year 1975 at the University of San Carlos (USC), he was able to pass the Bar Examination in 1985. He also took up his Bachelor of Laws degree in USC in Cebu City.

He started his community service career as a Public Attorney II of the Public Attorney’s Office from 1989 to February of 1995.

Councilor Cesar Romero is married to Rose Adraincem Romero and they are blessed with two wonderful children, Gerard Arvin and John Kirby.
